Lindsay:

That was the plan. I was gonna be chill with it. But let me tell you, once I got closer and closer to that last appointment and bigger and bigger and him dropping, I was like, um,

Jordan:

decision now.

Lindsay:

Yeah. Um, let's set the date. Hello? Hello? Hello. We're back. Hi. We have another birth story. There's two of us, so two of us.

Jordan:

us, two baby boys. Let's

Lindsay:

Isn't it cool? Yeah. We both started with a girl. They're four months-ish apart. We got pregnant again, both with a boy four-ish months apart.

Jordan:

yeah. Literally the same. It's so

Lindsay:

so pretty cool. It, it's really cool to like follow. Jordan's path.'cause like I have an idea of what's ahead for

Jordan:

And it's so fun to have someone following my path.'cause I'm like, yes, she'll understand everything I've gone through.

Lindsay:

Yeah, yeah, yeah. When I told you I was having a boy. You were like, I was so stoked. Yes.

Jordan:

I was so stoked.

Lindsay:

Yeah. So,

Jordan:

tell us all about

Lindsay:

Okay, so yeah, I have a little birth story. Jordan's was wonderful and beautiful and vulnerable and so amazing to listen to. Mine is quite different than Jordan's, but all the feels were there for her. And she explained hers and told us her story. My son arrived, in February of 2025, so he is just now almost 10 months old. as you can imagine, I've sure a lot of people feel like the month of January is like the longest, truly month of the year. I've always felt that way.

Jordan:

January, February,

Lindsay:

if it's like the hangover from the holidays and just, it's still middle of winter, but man, I don't know. January just feels like a long month. Well, when you are about, when you're due, the first week of February, let me tell you, January feels really long, like extra, extra, extra long. So I had a really long January. PDR labor started for me the end of January. I'm fairly certain I had drama, labor contractions, uh, for quite some time. I did not experience that with my first interesting. But my first was like she's, you know, we had our date set. Maybe I just didn't wait long enough. And sometimes your first pregnancy can go quite over 40 weeks. Yeah. So, um, I had my son, I think right at 39.8 or something like that, like he was so close to 40 weeks. but we had pa drama labor. I experienced that, which was cool and interesting. What else was I gonna say?

Jordan:

Like there's a bit more to your story, I think.

Lindsay:

dropped. Yeah, just a little.

Jordan:

Let's see what

Lindsay:

He dropped, he dropped like, I think around Christmas, like, so I was feeling like lots of pressure. It was. Bigger this time around. I had apparently a lot of fluid that I'll let y'all know about, but apparently I was just like, I mean, I was just bigger and there you, if you saw me, you were like, there's no way she can go another full day. Like

Jordan:

yeah, it felt like that. It felt like that.

Lindsay:

so anyways, I. came up to our last appointment. I was planning on just having my son when he, on his terms and on his time. That was the plan. I was gonna be chill with it. But let me tell you, once I got closer and closer to that last appointment and bigger and bigger and him dropping, I was like, um,

Jordan:

decision now.

Lindsay:

Yeah. Um, let's set the date. So we set the date for, you know, February four. Um, I think it was like literally the first day of February that I could have, have an induction like scheduled.

Jordan:

Go give it a couple extra days.

Lindsay:

yeah. Yeah. I mean, I remember the doctor was like, you could technically go like another 10, and I was like. Looked at him and I was like, are you insane? I am. There's no way. I don't think I could do it. Um, but he had a lot of confidence in that I could, but whatever. We moved, we moved forward. the thing that was different about this time around was I didn't have to have like a cervical softening, because I had already had, a child before and that last appointment checkup, they felt like my cervix was soft and it was fine to. Go in without the cervical softening,

Jordan:

Which is great because if y'all remember, she didn't have a great experience.

Lindsay:

that medication that they give you to give the cervical softening didn't, didn't go well over with my body. Um. Yeah,

Jordan:

Yeah,

Lindsay:

we almost had like an emergency section.

Jordan:

can listen to her first birth story if you want more details.

Lindsay:

So I was happy with that. I just had to be ready for a phone call like that day, anywhere between 5:00 AM and I think noon. So I was up and ready at five o'clock, ready to go. I, everything was packed. Family was like ready to come over. We had breakfast. I was just like, five o'clock. It is, I'm gonna get that phone call at five oh five. I was like, totally ready. No. Yeah. Um, we, I don't know. Busy. We do live in Utah.

Jordan:

We do live in Utah.

Lindsay:

Labor and labor and delivery is like, dude, I can't even imagine how many patients a, a, a gynecologist sees

Jordan:

so many good Lord.

Lindsay:

an OB doctor. Anyways, so we. We had to wait because it was busy. which is fine. and so I, I think I waited till about 10:00 AM so it felt like a long time. We went on a walk, we played outside, we did all the things. and family came over and I was ready to go. So we got the phone call. Could you be here at, you know, so and so time? Yep. Perfect. So we got there at that time. And I was ready to start pushing my son, you know, I was ready. I was like, okay,

Jordan:

Let's go.

Lindsay:

get there at 10, I'm gonna be pushing at noon, I'm probably gonna have him at like, you know, no, well before 6:00 PM You know, that kind of thing. Like, I'm gonna have like a wonderful, beautiful daylight

Jordan:

yeah, you're going to battle. You're singing your war song. Yeah. You're ready.

Lindsay:

Yeah. I have my playlist ready to go and all things we're, so anyways, um, I get there checked in, well, computer system's down. across the whole hospital.

Jordan:

Oh, cool.

Lindsay:

cool. So charting, that means all the charting that's done on a patient is usually done on the computer system. But it was down and it took them about two full hours of getting me checked in. Changed computers up, start charting. I mean, the charting process like took forever. I couldn't even believe it.'cause it like. It kept like going down in power. Every time she put one thing in, you know, the nurse would type something in. So we turned on the office.

Jordan:

the show. The show.

Lindsay:

The show. We turned on the office. The show,

Jordan:

or English.

Lindsay:

American.

Jordan:

Okay. Just trying to set the scene,

Lindsay:

Yeah, yeah, yeah,

Jordan:

Thanks. Yeah.

Lindsay:

yeah. And I remember just having a little too much extra time on my hands waiting around for this charting system because Oh yeah,

Jordan:

time on your head. You're like in a, you're waiting to give birth to your child. Obviously, you're anxious to get that done.

Lindsay:

done, so, so funny. We live in beautiful like Mountain Valley, right? And they just did they, when you had your son, did they have the whole labor and delivery floor remodeled from the last time? No. Okay. Well, this was like remodeled. Yeah.

Jordan:

I didn't know they remodeled it.

Lindsay:

so fully remodeled. It's beautiful. It's just kind of like more modern. Cool. And I'm sitting in my bed, I'm looking out like the window to like the main, you know, state street, which is like right there. Yeah. And there's a wall with the TV on it and behind the wall where the TV is. Is Mount Timpanogos. Oh,

Jordan:

Oh, that's

Lindsay:

so I couldn't see.

Jordan:

Oh, wait. No, you couldn't see because the TV was blocking it.

Lindsay:

and the wall were blocking this 11,000 foot mountain. I'm like, who designed, you know, I'm thinking to myself, who designed this room? And like, I would've done it this way. You know, like ridiculous.

Jordan:

you should be on a hospital design team, Lindsay. You gotta get those views, like when there's a,

Lindsay:

what are you? Yeah. I don't know man.

Jordan:

it's so beautiful.

Lindsay:

like, you could have put the TV and the wall on the street windows. Yeah. You know, on that, on like that side of the room. What are you? Yeah, I was so, I don't know, whatever. Anyways, um, so

Jordan:

First world problems.

Lindsay:

Yeah. Like, where's that mountain? Isn't it like 11,000 feet big?

Jordan:

So funny.

Lindsay:

man probably designed this, you know, I'm just like hormonal and. Or whatever, but, so I'm waiting for charting. Noon goes by, I'm finally like getting like my iv, you know, loaded up and, and whatnot. And we're just like essentially waiting for all the vitals. Everything's get the go ahead to get like the Pitocin going, man, dude, it was like, I don't know, it felt like two or three o'clock in the afternoon before, I mean, I got called in at 10. That's in the morning and

Jordan:

waiting at the hospital for like five

Lindsay:

Yeah. I was like, man, I could be just walking curbs or something to like help

Jordan:

Getting fresh air, hanging out with your

Lindsay:

Yeah. So anyways, I was just, it was just a lot of waiting going on.

Jordan:

eating some food. You were probably getting hungry.

Lindsay:

So we waited and got it all figured out and Pitocin started rolling through, checking vitals like crazy. I eventually called in for the epidural. They asked me quite a few times, I'm like, okay, see how long I can go? And they're like, okay, well this is gonna happen. This shift is gonna change at this time. If you'd like this person to come in, it's gonna, they could do it now or at this time. And I was like, Ooh. Like that time that that other suggestion time was like, mm, I don't wanna do that. I wanna get it like now. So

Jordan:

Shoot me up

Lindsay:

yeah, so I got it, but it truly only worked for half the side of my body for a while. Wow. I was like. Damn,

Jordan:

that was the weirdest

Lindsay:

It is, it is. I'm like, oh, I like knew immediate. I'm like, it didn't work Uhoh,

Jordan:

But.

Lindsay:

it, I was like there and then it came back and like checked and, okay, okay, we're gonna check, like, you know, lay on this in this position and then we'll come back and checked so late in that position. Whenever they came back and checked and it worked a little bit more. I still wasn't entirely a hundred percent I don't think, on the one side of my body. I can't remember what side it was, but I don't feel like I was a hundred percent. Not feeling, you know, on that side because all of a sudden pressure was starting to happen, you know, after that Pitocin kicks in and stuff. I didn't necessarily feel pain, but the pressure was on believable. I was like, whole this with pain would be a whole new experience. so got to a point of just waiting on the dilation. Cervix was doing its thing, waiting on dilation before they could, break my water and, I had, you know, like the doctor that delivered my daughter was the doctor on that day. He had a, doctor that was either on her residency or fellowship, but she was almost done. So she stayed on with him to check me. I think she tried to attempt to, uh, break my water, but he had to come in and, I mean, he was with her, but I think he, he went in, literally went in to me to break my water. So he, he pretty much did it, but, lots of fluid. They were like, this is crazy. This is wild. Like, literally flooded, like it was like. Towel after towel after, God, hopefully that's not too much TMI, but it was a lot. And I felt better after all that fluid. And I feel like, okay, that justifies why I was so uncomfortable and the pressure and everything.

Jordan:

belly.

Lindsay:

Big belly, yes. But the moment that water broke, my son took a dive down into my pelvis so fast, and the pressure with that was. Really, like, like I said, not painful, but unbelievable. Like, that's so cool. I had to breathe my way through the, through the pressure of it. Interesting. Yeah, because I'm like, it's not, it's not painful, my body thinks it's painful'cause, right?

Jordan:

Yeah. I

Lindsay:

And so I had to like, literally naturally like take the, you know, the 1, 2, 3, relax, relax breaths, even though. it's, it is a different dynamic of using that breath. Yeah. My body was just going through intense pressure and reacting to it and it was so interesting. So, he dropped way down and the pressure was just unreal. I don't know if man, I mean I would assume like my pel has probably changed shapes and that's what was going on? But yeah, sure. So it took him, it was probably like the longest hour, 45 minutes to an hour of my life where that pressure was just really intense. and then at that point, I think it was like six 30 somewhere, 6 15, 6 30 in the afternoon, they were like, okay, we can really start like pushing now and shift changed. Perfect. So I had to wait for, you know. Doctor that was there all day to check out and pass along notes to the next doctor. The next doctor come in, he's like, okay, let's go. Like, I'm here now. You've, we've, you've had to wait this morning for the computers, you know, you've had to wait like this chunk of time for him to drop down your cervix opening, and now you've had to wait for me to like come in and, you know, get my notes for the night.

Jordan:

Yeah,

Lindsay:

And the girl that was on here, like I said, on her fellowship or her residency, she stayed on through me, which is really cool. And she stayed on through the pushing. But y'all, it only took two, three pushes crazy to get him out. Are

Jordan:

stories of women just pushing, like barely not even pushing baffle, like as somebody who's, both my laborers were over two hours of pushing. Yeah, I am. Like,

Lindsay:

yeah. How?

Jordan:

How? Yeah. How?

Lindsay:

I, I am assuming it's because I had that vaginal

Jordan:

Oh yeah, for sure.

Lindsay:

I am curious how low he was and just like good positioning. He

Jordan:

Yeah. It must have been like

Lindsay:

but like.

Jordan:

Did you what? Talk to me about tearing. Did you tear

Lindsay:

No. Uh, barely. Nice. Barely. I don't, I think I got like, maybe one stitch. Okay. So I probably tear her a little bit. I mean, I do, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Not compared to the first time, the first time that recovery was.

Jordan:

not

Lindsay:

worst.

Jordan:

Yeah. I feel like vaginal, I mean, I haven't, haven't experienced both, but I feel like a vaginal delivery with gnarly tears, it could be potentially harder to recover from than

Lindsay:

a infection. Yeah. Yeah. It, it's just, yeah.

Jordan:

I don't know. I might be

Lindsay:

well, well, no, because you have like the aftermath. You're swollen down there. You're so swollen,

Jordan:

can't like sit comfortably.

Lindsay:

you're swollen, you're bleeding a lot, I mean, even going urinating, like to go to the bathroom, the first like number one is like. It burns because you have, and you have to use like pee. You have do well. Yeah.'cause you never experienced, you have to use, tux pads.

Jordan:

Yeah, I didn't

Lindsay:

have to, it burns. It's crazy and swollen. It's burn, it's open wounds, it's blah, blah, blah. So,

Jordan:

And there's a lot more bleeding. I know that.

Lindsay:

I'm telling you like when I would go to the bathroom, I didn't even like push because it would hurt, burn so bad. I would just like let it go when I got to the

Jordan:

brace yourself.

Lindsay:

So yeah, the, the recovery of a vaginal birth is like pretty gnarly.

Jordan:

yeah. Alright, so I kind of skipped you, but I skipped, I'm

Lindsay:

start. Oh yeah. A couple pushes,

Jordan:

pushes and

Lindsay:

two or three pushes. He's out.

Jordan:

How did that feel like? Was it really intense? I like, yeah, talk to me about how it felt. Couldn't feel much'cause of epidural. I mean, I'm sure you could

Lindsay:

I don't, yeah, I don't feel, yeah, because I had had that experience before. I think I just bypassed all the like intensity and intensity of what I could feel and they just tossed it and, you know, they,

Jordan:

And it happened probably way faster than you were

Lindsay:

Yes, it really did. I was like, yes, perfect. I, I am gonna have him before 7:00 PM like, I, I was, I was stoked. There was more on staff in my room for nurses than there had been all day long. So that they got things like bumping and going and pretty quick. But he was up, you know, they were wonderful. They were like, what's the birth plan? So like that was nice. The first nurses asked that and they just carried that on through the next right. And the next nurses came in and they were like, okay, he's up on you. Coming up on your chest, like right now.

Jordan:

Oh, that's so

Lindsay:

Yeah. And, and my husband did the

Jordan:

they do? Did like, he came out,

Lindsay:

Yeah. Yeah. He came out and then

Jordan:

And did they, did they take him and like, did they like. dry'em off or anything They

Lindsay:

like literally threw a blanket on

Jordan:

literally Okay. Wrap them

Lindsay:

up. Okay. Because it was like, skin on skin. I want him skin on skin. My husband did the cord. Yeah. And then the moment the cord was done, they just like, literally tossed him on top of a blanket and then he went skin to skin on me. Okay. For quite, for a good chunk of time. Like they were, they watched, they watched like, you get so many minutes. They're watching you. They're watching the baby, making sure baby's doing good. Yep. And then they're like, okay. After that, after that minutes. And I can have you watch the video if you want. I don't, I've ever showed you to it. Yeah,

Jordan:

see that. Oh, I would love

Lindsay:

yeah, yeah. And it's so sweet. And he was so calm and

Jordan:

that.

Lindsay:

oh, like my favorite part of delivering both children. Is how amazingly calm they are on your chest and your body. Yes. That's like when they come out. Oh my gosh. It's just like,

Jordan:

It's like they just, it's like a feeling of

Lindsay:

know. Yeah. They just know you, like you are literally a part of them and they, it is just, they feel so comfortable on you. Oh my gosh. It's just. The oxytocin

Jordan:

Just gotta

Lindsay:

yeah, insane. Yeah, it's the best. And so you feel their warm bodies and you're checking their toes and you're

Jordan:

Aw,

Lindsay:

and you're checking like their hair and their ears and like they're looking, they're like barely blinking up at you, you know? Yeah. I'm sure there are some people that have had like screaming wild babies and stuff, but I am so grateful that I had that experience with both children that were just like little softies on my chest. So. I had my wonderful minutes with him on my chest, and we hadn't had a name picked out for a while because we were kind of between two names and weren't like set on'em. But I think you guys had the same experience. Like it was kind of harder to name a boy Yeah, than it was. I had so many girl names picked

Jordan:

Dude, the opposite was true for us. So we had tons of boy names picked out when we were pregnant with a girl. And then when we were pregnant with a boy, we liked all these girl names and none of the boy names that we had liked made sense anymore. How it's so cr we we're not good at

Lindsay:

Yeah. Yeah. We were, we held like onto that name list for a lot longer this time around. And we even contemplated, I'm like, should we have more so we can use these names on the girl list? Like, you know, possibly, but no, we were moving on

Jordan:

That's not a good enough reason.

Lindsay:

Nope.

Jordan:

No.

Lindsay:

Um, so anyways. He, he got off my chest and went and did vitals and measurements and everything, and they moved me outta that room pretty quick. They were like, alright, you get your meal while you're waiting for, you know

Jordan:

Oh, that's nice. Yeah.

Lindsay:

While you're waiting for him

Jordan:

You had a meal

Lindsay:

Well, they asked me, yeah, they asked me what I wanted to eat and I was like. Yeah, bring it on. I don't, I mean, I, I want Jersey mics

Jordan:

I think I had to wait. I think I do. You have to wait to eat after surgery for some reason. Okay. That's probably why I didn't get to eat thing.

Lindsay:

I, uh,

Jordan:

jealous.

Lindsay:

they were, they were like, what do you want? And they were, so they gave me a list of things and I took whatever sounded good at the time, but I did get Jersey mics and I was like, I want the full, I want

Jordan:

Gimme that listeria.

Lindsay:

Yep. Yep. Like for sure. And so I think I had Jersey mics literally three days in a row. I'm not even kidding. I went for it. I was, it sounds good right now. I know. I love Jersey Mikes. I don't, I haven't had it in a long

Jordan:

actually never had Jersey mics, but I could kill a,

Lindsay:

Deli sandwich. Do you know? Do you know what I, this is like kind of dark. Do you know what I did? Do you know what I did?

Jordan:

Where is this going? What is dark about eating a deli sandwich at the hospital?

Lindsay:

I had my miscarriage at the like okay, like confirmed miscarriage and I brought my husband back to work and I did not go home. I went to Jersey. Mike's

Jordan:

Good for you.

Lindsay:

And I sat in the parking lot and cried and ate my jersey mics. Yeah,

Jordan:

that like breaks my heart.

Lindsay:

Yeah. I was like,

Jordan:

It was there for you.

Lindsay:

That's why it's kind of dark. That's my

Jordan:

did get dark. No. Yeah, it did.

Lindsay:

it did.

Jordan:

I was not expecting that

Lindsay:

Anyways. Okay, so moving on it. Okay,

Jordan:

laughing.

Lindsay:

well in the moment, like it's so sad and blah, blah, blah, but now it's like good to feel good about like, kind of like chuckling a a little bit about it. But yeah, anyway, I had my jersey, dark Jersey night, my Mike's moment too. Um, so. Had my jersey mics at the hospital for like, I don't know, three days, whatever, after birth. And they just like, man, they like gotta move you out of that room.

Jordan:

Yeah. They

Lindsay:

do. You along That's not like a thing I don't think anywhere else in this country. Hmm. I feel like you stay in the room where you deliver. Yeah.'cause they like make it like cozy

Jordan:

don't have like a separate mom and baby area.

Lindsay:

I not, not

Jordan:

makes sense to separate it.

Lindsay:

yeah, I mean, I do too, but I just like, I don't know if it's because like I've just, I'm. Kind of more from like rural areas where they just like,

Jordan:

like a one size fits all

Lindsay:

but out here they're just like, you gotta get outta this room because we got another one coming in and you gotta go

Jordan:

She's waiting.

Lindsay:

She's waiting. Yeah. Next building over. So I went to the next building over.

Jordan:

Is it in the next, it's in the same building.

Lindsay:

like the same

Jordan:

lower, it's like two floors down or something like that.

Lindsay:

Yeah.

Jordan:

I don't know. Maybe I'm wrong.

Lindsay:

I don't know, it could have been like the same building, whatever, the first one I had to take like a full elevator and like long distance. Wheelchair ride.

Jordan:

Yeah.

Lindsay:

And then this time I just went down the really long hallways. I don't know if that could have been maybe part of the remodel or something.

Jordan:

oh, maybe. Yeah, maybe.

Lindsay:

I don't know. So that was my real quick. Birth story. my daughter came to the hospital to visit her little brother, and that was so cute.

Jordan:

did she? Did you wait till the next morning?

Lindsay:

Yes. Did we? Yeah, we did.

Jordan:

That's what we did. It was like day two. Yeah. Yeah.

Lindsay:

Yep, yep. comfortable room. We had a big room. Two, like a two patient room. So it was, my husband had his own bed.

Jordan:

That's so why didn't we, I feel like we should have gotten

Lindsay:

like that. Yeah.

Jordan:

we were there for so

Lindsay:

long. Yeah.

Jordan:

long. Our room this time, our room sucked. I couldn't see Adrian when he was in his bed.

Lindsay:

That was my first s my first room was like the tiniest weird and it was like a weird shaped room. Yeah.

Jordan:

about? Whatever.

Lindsay:

So anyways, I had like an overall really good like hospital stay. A lot of nurses that checked on me. Checked on my son, took him to the nursery a little bit. He latched really well too, which was awesome. I was really nervous. I was gonna experience deemer again, but I had not experienced it with him. Um,

Jordan:

Did you experience it with him at all during No. Your okay.

Lindsay:

None. He just Took forever to eat.

Jordan:

Yeah.

Lindsay:

I was like, dude, I can't actually like stay awake this entire time. Like he took so long to finish. Yeah. And he just,

Jordan:

Yeah.

Lindsay:

so I went back to pumping exclusively a little bit and latched a little and feeding a little bit here and there, but, and then I got mastitis bad, but anyways. We'll talk about that another time.

Jordan:

Yeah. Yeah. I.

Lindsay:

had a really good, overall experience with, okay, let's just let him come on his own. And then I got to the point where I headed to that last appointment and was like, Nope, I don't wanna wait. Let's just set literally like, you know, the next weekday I think it was.

Jordan:

Yeah. Nice.

Lindsay:

Yeah, I think my appointment was like on Friday and I had him like on a Monday.'cause I was like, I'm coming in on Monday if I can. Um, and then, yeah, so the only hiccup was really like the long day of checking in

Jordan:

all in all. Like gotta be irritating in the moment, but that sounds

Lindsay:

Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. It was a really nice experience compared to the first'cause I like knew. And also too, like I knew what to expect a little bit more this time around. it was really fast.

Jordan:

Awesome. Well thank you for sharing.

Lindsay:

Yeah. I highly recommend watching the office while you're in labor. It's funny.

Jordan:

It is a good show. I

Lindsay:

didn't even, yeah, I didn't even have the need to like turn my playlist on.

Jordan:

isn't it funny all the preparation, like that's the one thing that I, like you, you make this giant birth plan and you do two Yeah. Things on it maybe. Yeah. It's crazy. Yeah.

Lindsay:

I think it would've if it was been like an all nighter thing. Yeah. Like if my husband was sleeping, I'd probably would've popped that playlist

Jordan:

I don't know. Even then, maybe not. Yeah,

Lindsay:

I, uh, I guess I have learned something about myself that. If it's happening to me, you know, if I, if I was like maybe a staff or something, I would've loved to listen to music and like, you know, been in, in the moment helping somebody Sure. Give birth and whatever. Yeah. But because I am, was the patient and because it's happening to me, I just felt more calm and more present with my breath and like with my feelings of going on in my body and just like listening to the monitor beep. That's my, that's just me.

Jordan:

I totally get that. I don't know, it's just an experience you wanna be like. So sucked into some people get sucked into music helps them to be present. My husband's that way. So if that's how you are, then don't skip a playlist.'cause that might help you to like really get into your body. But yeah.

Lindsay:

And I still to this day, listen to that playlist.

Jordan:

that's cool.

Lindsay:

Yeah. Delivering baby. And it's an awesome playlist. It's so cute. It's bittersweet. Songs that we've loved our whole life. Songs that give you chills, you know, just

Jordan:
