Like when they're a tiny infant, it's probably easy to baby carry them around the airport Yeah, yeah, but once they gain like even the littlest bit of independence and mobility they They're not going to be happy with that for two hours or whatever that it's going to take you to get through the airport So yeah, when we traveled Both times we we took a stroller. I pre filled her bottles with water. Oh, smart. And TSA allows that. They're like, yep, it's water in her bottles for formula. And I bought these, formula containers that are like a one hand pour container. So I got all her bottles like ready for the day. I don't, she doesn't need, necessarily need it warmed up, but they do recommend that formula I think is a hundred degrees Fahrenheit. So what I would do is before I would go on the plane. Before I would board, I'd be like, okay, I'm going to go to Starby's, or another coffee shop, get a hot water, then we're all going to go to the restroom, I'm going to change her unused restroom, all while I'm warming up this bottle, In this like hot cup on the sink or whatever. Yeah, and then I would add the formula after it was warm. Then we would board the plane last and it was ready to go. Yeah. I liked having that like cooler bag because then I could have it for The rest of the travel if I need to put snacks in it later or whatever So that was really helpful as a solo parent having all that like like I said pre loaded syringes. So you end up in one of those aisles, the middle aisle with four seats, but the distance between the seat and the wall where the bassinet is, is like double or triple the distance that you would get in any other seat on the plane. That's so you actually have tons of space in front of you. There was enough space in front of us and no one else was on the row Thankfully, we had tons of space to ourselves, which was so, so good. But the nicest part was we could lay down one of the little blankets. They give you little blankets when you go on these long haul flights. And we just laid one of those little blankets down, and there was totally space for her to play. Like, get on her belly, do tummy time. Yeah. Roll around. Yeah. Like, kind of practice standing on the edge of the seat. Oh, that's nice. Okay, noted. It was a game changer. We stayed in the airbnb for a minute, but we're like, okay, I can't do this. So the, one of the great things was having a baby carrier actually worked really well for nap time. So we would just be at the beach and when it was like about nap time, I'd put her in the carrier and put the little hood up over her head and she slept actually really well. And me and Adrian would just go on a little walk down the beach. Yep. And come back and she may not have taken as great of a nap as she would have, but it was still something that I, yeah, and you don't have to be fretting about like what you're going to do. So if you're out and about anywhere, I think that that would be a really good, a really good little travel tip. And then for naps, otherwise, a few of the Airbnbs we've stayed at, we had, like, a little travel crib available to us. But I really like the one that we have, it's a Lotus, a Guava Lotus travel crib. It's great because it also packs down to be a carry on size, which means it's really light. Yes. Packable. Um, it also has like little backpack straps, but, uh, what I would do is put my kid down in it for her naps, like two weeks leading up to the trip so that she actually gets used to being in there because we don't use it at home. Yeah. But for naps, I would just put her down every other day, put her down in a nap in that, just so that she got used to it. I've heard of these like slumber, slumber pod. Yeah, those look cool. It's just really hard to be outside with a one year old who is very mobile but doesn't understand walking on ice and snow. Yeah. And you can't do a two hour long walk in a stroller. And then hikes are like, really cold. So we're gonna try and go down to the desert and get some, some warm outdoor time in. But yeah, we're still doing an hour outside, which is really, really nice. That's definitely an in for me. Oh, you know what else isn't in for me? Is Focusing nurturing and Just generally having an abundance mindset. Yeah. Abundance mindset is in for me right now. I Could not get through all my travel anxiety anxieties without therapy I'm recommending you are an anxious person and like a parent traveling If you could just get on a couple sessions and talk about it with a therapist, it's phenomenal. Like, don't get me wrong, family and friends are there to, like, reach out to and be, people that are, like,, consoling and, comforting and, like, yeah, we did it too, but, like, having the tools from a therapist is incredible. Yeah, my therapist helped me a lot, I love that, yeah, like I said, I have all the, I have the system down, I have kind of it figured out in my head, but every time I travel, I'm nervous wreck, yeah, I don't know, it's just anxiety happens yeah, so having those tools in my pocket, utilizing them. is helpful from my therapist.

It was like one of my husband's, like. Gear guy. So it was like one of the things I knew we were going to need to invest in a good quality one for. The Zoe Travelute is still pricey, but it is a fraction of the price of the other stroller that I have.
